Landmark cases continue to have impact

Some of the landmark cases in which John R Quinn has acted continue to have an impact on the law.  Cases such as Gronow v Gronow and Kowaliw v Kowaliw continue to be cited as precedents, have been set in the curriculum of high school legal studies have more recently been added to the lists of significant Australian cases on Wikipedia.  Federal Magistrate Judy Ryan recently outlined in a seminar paper how Kowaliw sets the scene for dealing with assets disposed of prior to hearing.
