The ABC reports that a South Australian man has been compelled to give evidence in Norway under the Hague Convention treaty. The Sunnhordland District Court in Norway also applied to get a DNA sample from the man, however the Supreme Court in Adelaide said he could not be compelled to give that under Australian law.
