Child Support Agency prosecutions under the spotlight

An article from The Australian about the lack of prosecutions of parents who don’t pay, or underpay, support payments.  Though the agency does successfully recoup millions each year without resorting to court proceedings, lawyers on behalf of parents and children who are not getting their fair payments are frustrated at the agency’s refusal to take action.
