Hannah Clarke and her children were failed by Australia’s domestic violence prevention system, Prime Minister Scott Morrison has declared. The 31-year-old mother and her children were killed in Brisbane by Ms Clarke’s estranged husband last week.
Mr Morrison has led tributes in Parliament, remembering Aaliyah, 6, Laianah, 4 and Trey, 3 as “joyous and wonderful children”.

Whatever problems there are with the family law system, the existence of a stand alone Family Court is not one of them. (Mr Albanese)
